What is a Blue Badge Tourist Guide? The Blue Badge is the UK's highest guiding qualification. The Institute of Tourist Guiding awards the Blue Badge to candidates who have successfully completed up to two years of study and examinations. Blue Badge Tourist Guides are the only external guides permitted to guide key sites such as Westminster Abbey, The Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral and Windsor Castle.

What is included in the daily guiding fee? The services of your private Blue Badge Tourist Guide plus all local taxes and relevant insurance. Additional charges will be agreed with you regarding public transportation or vehicle hire, entrance fees and refreshments.

Are your tours public tours, can I join one? All our tours are customised just to suit you. Our tours are designed for one person up to however many you like!

Can you get hold of  tickets to major events for me? We work with our partner Concierge team to source tickets.

Can I book Airport Transfers with/without a guide? Of course, mail us your travel details and requirements and we will respond with a quote for the service.

Where do I meet the guide? We offer a door-to-door service. You guide will come to your hotel or you can meet at a pre-arranged venue to suit you.

How will I recognise the guide? Once you have booked you will be sent your guide's contact details including a photo for instant recognition across the hotel lobby. All guides wear their Blue Badges and Institute of Tourist Guiding membership photo cards.

How good is the wheelchair access to historic buildings? We work closely with you during the planning phase of your tour to assess each site you wish to visit to ensure you are given every possible assistance.
